The aim of this course is to enable students to develop the skills to care for air transport passengers whilst complying with exacting safety standards and procedures in force. Target Audience: Any one considering employment in, or currently employed within the air travel industry.
Entry Requirements There is no experience or previous qualifications required for enrolment on this course. It is available to all students, of all academic backgrounds.

The approximate amount of time required to complete the course is: 140 hrs.

Qualification 1: Airline & Airport Customer Care Certificate Airline & Airport Customer Care Certificate issued by Stonebridge Associated Colleges, entitling you to use the letters SAC Cert after your name.
