The film editor is a key person in the making of movies and in print it is the proofreaders and editors who ensure the highest possible quality of the product.
By doing the Editing and Proofreading course you have chosen to enter a highly regarded profession, and as you progress through its stages, you will be provided with all the skills and knowledge needed to be either as a freelance proofreader/editor working from home, on either a part time or full-time basis, or employed full-time within the publishing industry.

Study Hours This is only an approximate figure and is dependant upon how much time you can dedicate to your studies and how well you grasp the learning concepts in the course material. The approximate amount of time required to complete the course is: 165 hrs.
Qualifications Qualification 1: Editing and Proofreading Diploma Editing and Proofreading Diploma issued by Stonebridge Associated Colleges, entitling you to use the letters SAC Dip after your name.
