Once you receive the course materials you can have a look through them to decide whether the course is suitable - giving you complete peace of mind. All returns must be sent back to us using a traceable postal service - failure to do this is done at your own risk.

I can't find the course i'm looking for?

Our course list is by no means exhaustive - we are constantly updating our course list to give students as much choice as possible. If you cannot find the course you are after, please get in touch and we will do our best to source it for you.

What if I don't live in the UK?

No problem, as our courses are all home learning courses, they can be studied anywhere in the world.

How do I enrol?

We have made the enrolment process as easy as possible, either enrol online with a debit or credit card or call 0800 0025451 to enrol over the telephone with a debit or credit card. Alternatively you can send a cheque or arrange a bank transfer.

What support is available?

Support is available by email Monday - Friday, emails sent over weekend days are responded to the following working day.

Are there any additional costs?

The only additional costs on top of your course fees is £9.99 postage.

Will I need to purchase any further study materials?

 No - Once your study materials have been delivered there are no further costs involved.

Can I pay by installments?

Yes - Just call an advisor on 0800 0025451 and we will arrange to set up a payment plan to suit you, there is an admin fee of £15.00 to set this up.

Do I need any previous experience before I can enrol on a course?

No - All of our courses require no previous experience or qualifications

My company is paying - can you send an invoice?

No problem, either email or call with your details and this can be arranged immediately

How long do I have complete my course?

Most courses you have an unlimited amount of time other courses have a 12 month completion limit - this will be stated in the course information, if you are unsure please call 0800 0025451
